The Jencons Service Department
will endeavour to attend emergency call-outs within 24/ 48 hours
of your telephone call.
We have a team of experienced, factory-trained
electronic engineers who are fully conversant with your equipment
and are skilled in maintaining the Jencons range of cryogenic
refrigerators, dewars, freezers, cylinders; a wide range of incubators,
incubator shakers and temperature controlled equipment including
water baths and circulators. Our engineers are equipped with 'special
spares kits' for each range of equipment so that most repairs can
be completed during the initial visit.
